The check-in was quick, and the check-out was efficient. the rooms are brand new and wonderful, featuring a jacuzzi and comfortable queen-sized beds. the location is marvelous and ideal, with free parking available and near attractions like the Harley Davidson factory. the hotel is situated in a quiet area and offers a park and fly option.

proximity to the airport was important and good. rooms so far are ok. fitness room there - but see below, breakfast so far reasonable and sufficient.
The friendliness at the reception was depending on the staff-so not continuously friendly. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The room was very bright. The fitness room was small, only three machines that were still outdated.

The staff at Comfort Inn Kansas City / Airport is incredibly friendly. the room is spacious and has a Jacuzzi tub. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the zoo, Worlds of Fun, and a steakhouse.

It has brand-new fine rooms, that come with the smallest "queen " bed as well as a jacuzzi tub. The staff are very good, giving their best to make the stay a really great experience.

The breakfast was outstanding! The lady in charge of the area worked extra hard to make sure everything was fresh and hot. Always with a smile. Made up for the grouch at the front desk. I left a phone charger there and was told after I left they had found it. They couldn't put their hands on it, but knew it was there somewhere. During the evening, another guest was given a card and opened the door, but the latch caught and prevented them from getting all the way in.
